The best customer service i have ever had. The staff was very helpful and friendly and really went above and beyond to make sure i found exactly what i wanted. The range and selection was fantastic so happy i found this great optical store.

I have been going to Fashion Optical for the past three years and love this store. I've told everyone I know about it. They have a variety of frames and styles that I have not been able to find anywhere else in Dallas and the prices are some of the best I've found. The staff is friendly and helpful, which makes for a pleasant experience, each time I go into the store. I would highly recommend this optical store.

I have a really hard time finding frames that i like not only because i am super pickie but i like plastic and they never seem to fit properly.A friend of mine told me about Fashion Optical and how they have frames from all over the world and guess what? They have it all and a great staff that found me the perfect plastic frame from Barcelona that couldnt fit any better or make me feel more fabulous! Ihighly suggest this boutique for any one that wants frames to make you look and feel great!

Back when I had glasses, this was my favorite place to get designer frames for not the design price tag.

Their staff was friendly and eager to help locate the right style of frame to fit my face. They had a wide arrange of designer and artist frames and were constantly changing their inventory so I didn't have to worry about someone else wearing the same style.

They were able to fill my large prescription without me having to have coke bottle lenses. It took about a week for me to get my frames and they were wonderful! You can go in at any time and have them refit them to your face.

My boyfriend and I love this store!! we kept driving by it then some friends of ours told us this is the place to shop and sure enough now we understand why! They have tons of glasses from all over the world and we found that the price was cheaper than the other optical we had been going to. The staff is really friendly and go out their way to help us.They're friendly and not snobbish like a couple of other stores we used to shop and they have some many glasses to choose from that are nice that it can be overwhelming to decide but what a problem!
